Charles Fraser

Charles Fraser poses on Harbour Town's 18th fairway. Fraser developed Harbour Town, the Harbour Town Golf Links and Sea Plines Plantation, along with other parts of the then-forested Hilton Head Island. He was considered a pioneer in coastal development, especially in the South.
